Goal: Reward leadership, consistency, and engagement while staying true to F3’s mission.

Format: Monthly + Quarterly challenges
How to submit: Fill out the form after completing a challenge.
🔥 Current Challenge — September: IronPAX Patch
- Complete the IronPAX workouts.
- Post your scores on the national IronPAX site and submit them here for local patch credit.
- Complete all 4 weeks to qualify.
🚙 Quarter Challenge (Aug–Oct) — AO Tour Patch
Hit the road. Earn this patch by October 31:
Visit all 5 Portland AOs: Lightning Rod, Paddock, Deepened, Petting Zoo, + either Lava Field or Cinder. Plus 1 “outer” AO: Oakery, Eaerie, Pen, Nursery, or Oldmill. If you are an “outer” AO just visit another AO.
👻 Upcoming — October: Ghoul’d Standard Patch
Celebrate spooky season by hitting the Ghoul’d Standard.
